STORY
Ashish Mehra (Ajay Devgn) is a 50 year-old Non-resident Indian businessman and is settled in London. He meets Aisha(Rakul Preet Singh), who is 26 when she arrives as a stripper at his friend's bachelorette. Soon, they start meeting regularly and they develop a romantic relationship. Ashish informs her that he is a divorcee and his ex-wife Manju(Tabu) along with his children lives in India. their relationship breaks down when Ashish says that he is too old to have kids but they soon get back together and Ashish decides to take Aisha to his family.
Ashish takes Ayesha to the residence of his parents in Manali to gain their approval. There, he sees that his family, comprising his ex-wife Manju, daughter Ishita, and son Ishaan, now live with his father Veerendra and mother Suman. Ishita is bugged at his arrival because she believes that he will ruin her meeting with her to-be-father-in-law, Atul. Ashish is startled at this news and accidently introduces Aisha as his secretary. Ishita had told Atul and Rishi, his to-be-husband that her father had died in her childhood. the problem is settled when the confusion is covered with lies. Ashish claims to be Ishita's uncle and meets her to-be-in-laws. Aisha and Manju don't get along very well and Aisha is still annoyed with Ashish calling her his secretary. Later at a party Ishita sees Ashish and Aisha hugging each other. She angrily shouts at him and the truth that he is her father is revealed to Atul and Rishi. Ashish also tells his family that he had brought Aisha to gain their approval. the marriage breaks down and Ashish is blamed for it. Manju defends him by saying that the marriage had broken down because of Ishita's lies. That night Ashish and Manju sleep together. The next morning when this is revealed to Aisha she feels cheated also it is told to her that they still haven't been divorced. Aisha leaves back for London. Meanwhile, Ashish convinces Aul for the marriage and he agrees.
Manju travels to London and convinces Aisha and also tells her that the divorce papers are ready. Aisha returns and reconciles with Ashish. In last Ayesha and Ashish argue on whether they should meet Aisha's family or not.
